FAQ

General FAQs

By default on BGD99 Com, In Decimal format, odds are displayed by default, as they are the most straightforward for Bangladeshi players. Decimal odds are very easy to read — here's an example: Let's say Arsenal's odds in a match are 2.40. This means if you place a ৳100 bet and win, your total return is ৳240 (৳100 × 2.40) — ৳100 is your original stake and ৳140 is your net profit. The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning, but the greater the reward. Odds of 1.50 indicate a favorite — more likely to win but with a smaller payout. Odds of 4.00 indicate an underdog — harder to win, but the reward is much higher if you do. You can also switch to Fractional or American (Moneyline) format from the settings if you prefer.

Claiming the welcome bonus at BGD99 Com involves a few simple steps. A deposit alone does not automatically trigger the bonus — you must first log in to your account and opt in to the relevant bonus offer from the "Promotions" section Active (Opt-In) to complete. Here's how the steps work:

1. Log in to BGD99 Com.
2. Go to the "Promotions" or "Bonuses" section.
3. Click the "Claim" or "Opt-In" button next to the welcome bonus.
4. Then make your first deposit meeting the minimum requirement (usually ৳500).
5. Once your deposit is confirmed, the bonus will be credited to your wallet automatically.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first meet the specified rollover requirement (e.g., 3x) before making a withdrawal. Each bonus has a limited validity period — wagering conditions must generally be completed within 7–30 days.
